Be a Doer
The people who do are not beholden to the people that don't.
The Doers don’t have their hands tied. They are not waiting for the tool to be built, or for the quote to come back, or for somebody else to decide. The power is at their fingertips.
They’re not asking for permission. They’re not building a case for somebody who will never read it. They’re not waiting on the right moment, or the budget, or the meeting where it finally gets approved. They start.
And when you’re doing, don’t worry much about what anyone else says about what you’re doing. I’ve found they usually have their eyes closed.
